GALA RULES

“AWARDS BETANDEAL.COM 2024”

1.- GENERAL CONDITIONS.

The company 'BETANDEAL, S.L.' located at 49028 Zamora, C/ Puentico núm. 9, 3rd floor B, with NIF B49294242 (hereinafter referred to as 'BETANDEAL'), has organized an awards gala (hereinafter referred to as the event/the gala), named 'BETANDEAL AWARDS 2024,' aimed at tipsters with an active account on 'BETANDEAL'.

This event is free of charge and will be governed by these rules.

All participants in the event, by the mere fact of participating, accept these rules and the regulations governing its procedure.

For any communication related to these rules, the following company email address 'BETANDEAL' is provided for contact and notification purposes: support@betandeal.com.

2.- TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE EVENT.

The event will take place within Spanish territory.

3.- DURATION OF THE EVENT.

The event will run from September 12, 2024, to January 31, 2025.

4.- ELIGIBLE PERSONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GALA.

All tipsters, of legal age, residing in Spain, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico, who are registered and have an active account on 'BETANDEAL', may participate in this event.

5.- EVENT OPERATION.

Event Timeline Overview:

- From September 12, 2024, to November 30, 2024: Tipster (forecaster) registration period for the event via the website. awards.betandeal.com. Registrations will remain open from 12:00 AM on September 12, 2024, to 11:59 PM on November 30, 2024.

- You will be able to vote for your favorite content creator until mid-January. Voting will be carried out through the 'BETANDEAL' platform, so only tipsters with an active account will be able to participate. The tipsters will choose the nominees from among all those registered in the following categories:

• Best tipster 2024.
• Best tipster Spain.
• Best tipster Mexico.
• Best tipster Colombia.
• Best tipster Brazil.
• Best tipster Portugal.
• Best football tipster.
• Best basketball tipster.
• Best tennis tipster.
• Best betting streamer.
• Best casino streamer.
• Best content creator.
• Marketing campaign of the year.
• Tipster revelation.
• Best female tipster.
• Best poker streamer.

- Mid-January: Announcement of the three (3) finalists in each category, selected based on the number of votes received.

- On January 31, 2025: Announcement of the final winners during the live event. These winners will be determined by a jury composed of five (5) tipsters (forecasters) appointed by 'BETANDEAL' from the main markets in which the company operates, specifically from the following countries: Spain, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.

Nominations can be made in as many categories as desired. However, each participant may cast only one (1) vote through the platform, which cannot be changed once submitted.

6.- PRIZE DRAW.

A trophy will be awarded to the winner in each of the indicated categories.

These prizes may not be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

The prizes of this Promotion are not subject to Law 35/2006 of November 28 on Personal Income Tax (LIRPF); Royal Decree 439/2007, of March 30, approving the Personal Income Tax Regulation (RIRPF); or Royal Decree 1614/2011, of November 14, regulating Law 13/2011, of May 27, on gambling regulation, concerning licenses, authorizations, and gambling registries, as the prizes awarded in each category do not exceed €300.00.

7.- PRIZE DELIVERY.

Winners will be contacted via the website awards.betandeal.com. where they participated, to coordinate the delivery of the prizes, with the shipping costs covered by 'BETANDEAL'.

8.- RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS.

8.1. If 'BETANDEAL' has reasonable grounds to believe that a Participant has violated any of the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules or considers participation to be abusive or fraudulent, it reserves the right to exclude them from participating in the event.

8.2. 'BETANDEAL' assumes no responsibility for any damages and/or losses of any nature that participants in the event and/or third parties may suffer, arising from the lack of availability, maintenance, reliability, or effective operation of the website due to third-party causes. In this regard, 'BETANDEAL' excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any liability for damages of any kind that the user and/or a third party may suffer, arising from the lack of availability, continuity, or malfunction of said websites, which may affect or prevent participation in this event, its normal development, or the correct transmission of content.

If 'BETANDEAL' or any other company professionally linked to this gala detects any anomalies or suspects that a participant is preventing the proper functioning or development of the gala by illicitly altering their registration, falsifying their participation, using unauthorized information through any technical or IT procedure, or using the content made available in an inappropriate, illegal, or non-compliant manner with current regulations and/or these Rules, it reserves the right to unilaterally eliminate that user's registration and participation in the gala and to pursue such conduct with all legal means available.

8.3. Participation in the gala is limited to one entry per person. If more than one entry from the same person is detected, the subsequent entries may be considered null for the purposes of this event.

8.4. If a participant provides incorrect, incomplete, or false information, they will be excluded from the promotion, and their participation will be considered void.

8.5. 'BETANDEAL' reserves the right to make changes at any time to ensure the success of the gala/event.

9.- DATA PROTECTION.

9.1. Participants' data in the gala will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of May 25, 2018.

9.2. This data will be integrated into an automated file, of which 'BETANDEAL' is the responsible entity and owner, and will be processed automatically (i) for the purpose of managing the gala's development and the delivery of the event's prizes and/or (ii) for advertising or commercial research purposes regarding 'BETANDEAL''s products, services, and activities, including commercial communications via electronic means (SMS, email, etc.).

9.3. 'BETANDEAL' will establish the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the automated files, processing centers, premises, equipment, systems, programs, and individuals involved in the automated processing of personal data in the legally and regulatory prescribed manner.

9.4. Participants may exercise, at any time, their rights to access, rectification, opposition, erasure ('right to be forgotten'), data portability, restriction of processing, and to not be subject to individualized decisions as provided in the GDPR. To do so, they must submit a written request to the following email address: support@betandeal.comindicating the specific request in their submission.

9.5. Providing the winners' personal data is mandatory for participation in the event, as well as for managing the Prize. Any false communication of personal data will entitle the event organizers to disqualify the winner and reassign the corresponding prize.

9.6. Likewise, participants authorize 'BETANDEAL' to use their image in any media, including the 'BETANDEAL' website, without payment of any kind, for the purposes of promoting the awards.

10.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EVENT.

In accordance with Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image, the winner grants 'BETANDEAL' the rights to their name, surname, address, and image, in any advertising and/or promotional activity related to this event and/or gala, and especially related to the enjoyment of the prizes resulting from their participation in this promotion, through any means of reproduction, both electronic (internet and similar) and conventional (paper, photographs, and similar), in any existing technical or technological medium or system, or one that is in research and development (including, by way of example but not limited to, the exploitation of the internet, television exploitation in any form) without such activities conferring the right to any remuneration or benefit, except for the delivery of the prize won in accordance with these Rules.

The winner freely grants 'BETANDEAL' the image rights that may correspond to them as a result of the audiovisual broadcast and/or recording, as well as any individual or collective photographic reports produced, and expressly and irrevocably authorizes 'BETANDEAL' to retain the mentioned recordings and graphic images to be used in full or in part for advertising or promotional purposes through the media it deems appropriate, or on any internet domain of 'BETANDEAL' or networks it participates in.

By participating in the event, participants accept these rules and acknowledge that non-compliance may result in disqualification from the event.

12.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES.

12.1. Participation in the gala implies the express and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

12.2. Failure to comply with any of these rules by the participant will result in their immediate disqualification.

12.3. These Promotion Rules are governed by Spanish law.

12.4. Any dispute, discrepancy, issue, or claim arising from the execution or interpretation of these Rules will be resolved by the Courts of Madrid, to which the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.

12.5. 'BETANDEAL' reserves the right to make modifications or add appendices to these rules regarding their mechanics and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not harm participants, are made within the event's validity period, and are properly communicated to them.
